SMC-6600 cement concrete slipform paver is independently researched and developed by our factory. Equipped with full-electronic control & four-track full hydraulic drive system, it can finish concrete distributing, vibrating compaction, paving, shaping and surface finishing in one continuous working procedure. Widely used in highway, high-speed railway subgrade, irrigation channel and other concrete engineering projects with stable performance and high construction efficiency.

Core Functional Advantages

1. Vibration & Compaction System
Adopt square-shell high-performance hydraulic vibrators. Standard configuration contains 16 vibration circuits, with extra 6 circuits available as optional configuration. The vibration frequency can be steplessly adjusted within 0~167Hz for uniform concrete compaction effect.
2. Concrete Spreading System
Dump trucks directly unload raw concrete in front of the paver, while the irregular concrete piles can be spread flat with an excavator. Two sets of hydraulically driven spreading augers are configured with independent control structure and infinitely adjustable rotating speed.

3. Water Cleaning System
Fitted with high-pressure cleaning water gun. Standard water tank volume is 400L, and 4 pieces of 130L auxiliary water tanks are provided for optional expansion.

4. Power System
Adopt water-cooled diesel engine with strong power output and reliable running performance. Matched with three-in-one large parallel radiators with forced air cooling design, the machine owns excellent heat dissipation effect under long-hour working condition.

5. Hydraulic System
The whole hydraulic system adopts load-sensing hydraulic components from world-famous international brands. High-quality filter elements are installed on both inlet and outlet ports of hydraulic pumps to protect hydraulic components from impurity damage..
